Roger Maggs

Business Background

Prior to founding Celtic House in 1994, Roger enjoyed a 27-year career with Alcan Aluminum Limited, a global metals company, serving in several senior positions including VP, Mergers, Acquisition and Divestments, President, Alcan Metal Marketing and VP, Personnel.

Roger oversees Celtic House's investment activities in the UK and Ireland. Having mentored over a dozen CEOs in the Celtic House portfolio, he brings exceptional skills in the area of management team development to the partnership. Through his longstanding board role at publicly-traded LTX-Credence (Nasdaq: LTXC), he has built strong ties to the semiconductor industry. He is also Chairman of Sandvine (TSX: SVC, LSE-AIM: SAND). Over his career, Roger has held directorships on over 30 public and private boards.
