Roger Maggs

Business Background

Prior to founding Celtic House in 1994, Roger enjoyed a 27-year career with Alcan Aluminum Limited, a global metals company, serving in several senior positions including VP, Mergers, Acquisition and Divestments, President, Alcan Metal Marketing and VP, Personnel.

Having mentored over a dozen CEOs in the Celtic House portfolio, he brings exceptional skills in the area of management team development to the partnership. Through his longstanding board role at publicly-traded LTX-Credence (Nasdaq: LTXC), he has built strong ties to the semiconductor industry. He is also Chairman of Sandvine (TSX: SVC). Over his career, Roger has held directorships on over 30 public and private boards.
