Pierre-André Meunier, P.Eng Partner   Business Background Pierre-André has over 12 years of operational and venture capital experience. Prior to joining Celtic House in 2008, Pierre-André was a general partner at GTI Capital, a Montréal-based venture capital firm focused on early stage ICT investing. He has held senior operational positions including President and CEO of Codagen Technologies, a leading developer of automated software development tools, and Executive Vice President of ISR Technologies, a developer of reprogrammable modems for wireless OEMs. Pierre-André also serves on the boards of Centre d'entrepreneurship of the Université de Montréal, CenTech and Réseau de capital d'investissement du Québec.
