Data analytics and content migration company FileFacets today announced that it has closed a $4 million Series A financing round led by Celtic House Venture Partners. Also participating in the round were venture capital firms Wesley Clover International and GCI Ventures Ltd. (GCI).

Diablo $37 million Series C funding help from Global Investors

Diablo Technologies, the Ottawa memory-chip developer, secured $37 million in the close of its Series C financing. The oversubscribed round was backed by three global investors, all new to the company. They included Israeli venture firm ICV, which led the Series C’s initial $27 million tranche earlier this year.
